Shipping
At ISC we make it our goal to get your order to you as quickly and economically as possible.  We work with different couriers and carriers to offer the best rates possible across Canada and the continental United States.  We also offer 2-day (expedited), and next day (express) services.  For large, oversized shipments we will utilize truck service (LTL).
Our shipping rates are based on size and weight of the shipment rather than the value of an order.  We charge what the courier charges; our aim is to pass along our discounted rates to the customer.
We ship UPS, FedEx, USPS and LTL Freight. All merchandise is sold F.O.B. from our warehouse or drop ship origin. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday during business hours, excluding major holidays. 
 
International Shipping
Shipping fees for international orders (those shipped outside the U.S.) are subject to additional fees, including, but not limited to, duties and taxes to be paid by the customer. The amount of applicable duties and taxes will vary by country and are set by the destination country. Since international shipping fees calculated by UPS are based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges will vary per destination. Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
 
Sales Tax
Due to the South Dakota vs Wayfair decision, ISC now charges sales tax in the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virgina, & Wisconsin.  If your business is tax-exempt please contact us to submit the proper documentation.
 
Returns
Returns will be accepted with prior approval.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All items returned without part numbers or appropriate model numbers affixed will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of invoice. Credits will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and unused. Shipping fees for returned merchandise will not be credited back, only the merchandise minus any applicable fees (restocking, etc).  The return shipping cost to send the product back to ISC is NOT covered.
There are no returns on electrical parts or special order parts.
 
Damaged Shipments
Merchandise does not leave ISC damaged.  It is the responsibility of the freight carrier to deliver merchandise in good condition. Please inspect all deliveries in the presence of the shipper at time of delivery. Notify ISC immediately if any damaged merchandise is received.  Leave the merchandise, along with its original carton and packing material for the freight carrier to inspect.  Failure to keep the original carton and packing material may result in an unfavorable damage claim from the freight carrier.  All claims for damaged shipments must be initiated within 21 days of receipt of order.
